No meat? No problem! Here at KoJa Kitchen, we have tasty Korean and Japanese dishes for our vegetarian customers. For example, we use our fresh Portobello mushrooms as a wonderful meat substitute our sandwiches, bowls, and even our tacos. The thick cut of the mushroom allows it to soak up the spices and seasonings of each dish.
